I am so excited you found my page! My plan for THE BOOK BOX is for all of Pflugerville to think of it as a second home. I want people to come in and sit and read or sit and talk. There is a puzzle table for adults and board games for the kids. Free WiFi is available for you to sit and surf the net or you are welcome to bring a project and work on it at one of our community tables. You will enjoy the beauty of the store as you look around and see the wonderful local art!
Kids Corner
The kids Corner is a great place where kids love to come and play. We have a Lego table and will display your cool creations for 1 week at a time. Each Saturday, at noon, a weekly craft for the children will be "revealed"! The craft materials will be available all week. Worksheets/coloring pages will be provided. We have egg shaped chairs which can be covered for a snugly, private place to read. I encourage the children to take a "baby" with them while they sit and read. The babies are stuffed animals made by local ladies and they are fabulous! Some are funny, some goofy and some are beautiful! All are for sale! THE BOOK BOX will carry books for all ages of children, from card board and floppy books up through the teenage years.
Free Home Delivery
While browsing on our web site, if you see books/movies/cd's/art you would like to purchase you may do so online. We will hold the items for you in the store or we will deliver to your home or office. I feel this service will be important for the homebound, new mothers, and people who work long hours.

It is my hope this will take the mystery out of trading your books. No guessing. 3 adult paper back books is what you bring in you have $1.50 credit!
Trade In
THE BOOK BOX will give trade in credit only. At this time we are not buying books for cash. We will take books of most genres for trade in. Bi-lingual is welcome and appreciated! All books considered for trade must be in good condition. We will not take readers digest condensed books, text books or magazines at this time.
Store credit will be kept on your account at the store.
Only half of each purchase may be paid for with trade in credit. For example: Your total is $10.00 you may use $5.00 of store credit then you will pay $5.00 + tax. At this time we are still a new business and must ensure cash flow to pay the rent. This policy may change in the future. 
Our local artists have work shown around the store at all times. If you see something you like, it is probably for sale! Come for a visit, buy a book or pick up something unique for the person who has everything!
